This assessment consists of a reflective essay worth 25% of your final grade.
You are required to write a first-person perspective reflective essay based on THREE of the FIVE negotiation simulations completed during Weeks 2–6: Indicate which three simulations you will undertake the reflection on by ticking the box opposite the simulation activity.

Reflections should focus on:
– Your preparation and planning
– Your negotiation behaviour and style
– The outcomes of the negotiations
– Key lessons learned and how you intend to improve in the future
Eligibility: Only simulations where you attended in-class and submitted your participation using the QR code system may be included.
Requirements (it should look like the section below):
Word limit: 1,500 words
– Referencing: Minimum 6 academic sources, at least 50% from peer-reviewed journals
– Presentation: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced, 2.5 cm margins
– Submission: Upload to Turnitin on Blackboard, with QR submission details attached as appendices
