Raymond’s body language and tone were the interpersonal behaviors I saw that escalated the conflict. Raymond kept his arms crossed and came across as very assertive and judgmental.
The interpersonal behavior that I saw escalated the conflict. Jenna had an upset look on her face multiple times throughout the video and stated that she knew what Raymond was implying.
